4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 ounce semisweet chocolate, grated
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Reddi-wip® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping made with Almond Milk

Heat milk in a medium saucepan until it just begins to bubble.
While milk is heating, combine sugar, cocoa powder, grated chocolate, cornstarch and salt in a small bowl.
Whisk in chocolate mixture as soon as the milk begins to bubble. Simmer and stir about 2 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and almond extract.
Divide evenly into 5 mugs and top with Reddi-wip® Non-Dairy Whipped Topping made with Almond Milk.
